  • We invite guests to wear formal cocktail attire with a floral or spring-inspired touch. Think elevated brunch elegance, garden party chic, spring colors, florals, or stylish seasonal looks that feel festive and celebratory.

  • Springtime will be held at
    Midtown Green - 2401 W Leigh St, Richmond, VA 23220

    Please note that the event space is located on the second floor of the building.

  • Yes. The venue is accessible by elevator.

  • There is a parking lot available at the venue, as well as street parking nearby. We recommend arriving a little early to allow time for parking and check-in.

    • 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Cocktail Hour (invited guests only — sponsors, table hosts, board members, and special guests)

    • 12:00 PM: Doors officially open for all guests

    • 12:30 PM: Brunch service begins

    • 1:00 PM: Program begins

  • Tickets include:

    • Brunch and desserts

    • Beer, wine, and soft drinks/open bar service

    • Access to the silent auction, community celebration, and program

    Mixed drinks and specialty cocktails will also be available for purchase during the event.

  • A limited number of tickets may be available at the door if the event does not sell out in advance, but we strongly encourage purchasing tickets ahead of time.

  • Yes! Guests will have access to our silent auction featuring local experiences, artwork, dining packages, wellness services, and more — all supporting Side by Side’s work with LGBTQ+ youth.

  • Springtime is Side by Side’s annual fundraising celebration supporting programs, support groups, housing and emergency assistance, leadership development, mental health resources, and affirming spaces for LGBTQ+ youth across Virginia.

  • Yes. Springtime is a 21+ event. Guests must be 21 years or older to attend. Beer, wine, and cocktails will be available throughout the celebration.
