Welcome to Side by Side! As of March 16th Side by Side is shifting to virtual support groups to combat the spread of COVID-19 and keep our youth and families safe. This form is for parents/guardians of youth under 14 who wish to participate in our Middle School virtual groups based in Richmond and Charlottesville.

Side by Side’s LGBTQ+ Youth Middle School virtual group meets Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm. You can find the Zoom links and schedule by clicking here.

Acknowledgement - Attendance

Please type your initial stating you acknowledge that you understand youth are strongly encouraged to regularly attend virtual groups as often as possible. The more they attend, the more they get out of the group.

Acknowledgement - Topics

Please type your initial stating you acknowledge that you understand this group will address many topics, some of which may be sensitive in nature. These may include, but are not limited to conversations about sexuality, peer pressure, and self-identity. Side by Side staff and facilitators will handle these conversations in an age-appropriate manner.
